We use automation and AI-assisted tools to help us handle messages efficiently — for example to route enquiries, draft replies, summarise conversations and schedule meetings. The content of messages you send us may be processed by a large language model on our behalf for these purposes. Our current AI provider is Anthropic, PBC; we may engage other providers of the same kind in future (see section 6).
